Privacy
Photos and order details
We use the photos and scene settings you submit to prepare your video and manage your order. Adding an email is optional. It helps you return to your order on another device and receive delivery updates. Private order links give access to the order and should not be shared.
Payments
Payment details are handled by Stripe checkout. We use payment status and transaction identifiers to confirm the order and resolve payment issues. We do not receive your full card number.
Optional diagnostics
You can allow anonymous diagnostics for photo selection, checkout and video delivery. These events exclude photos, email addresses, filenames and private order links. You can change this preference in the footer. Declining diagnostics does not prevent purchase or delivery. Browser Do Not Track is respected.
Public page statistics
If enabled, public page statistics help us understand visits to the library and scene guides. They are separate from optional order diagnostics. Private order pages and recovery tokens are excluded from public page tracking.
Access and questions
Your completed video is downloadable for 14 days. Order records may remain available for support and payment reconciliation. To ask about access or deletion of your information, contact support@genjutsulite.com with your order number, without sending your private recovery link.
