Start with your existing order
If checkout was interrupted, cancelled or appears uncertain, reopen the same order before paying again. A payment return page alone does not prove a charge.
If something goes wrong
If a photo cannot be used, preparation fails or the delivered file has a problem, contact support@genjutsulite.com with your order number. We review the order and explain the available resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
How refunds are handled
Refunds are reviewed and processed through the original payment method. Your bank determines when an issued refund becomes visible. We do not promise automatic refunds or a fixed bank processing time.
Before you purchase
Review the scene, roles, duration, format and quality. AI appearance, movement and audio can vary from the example. Save your private order link and download your completed video within its 14-day availability period.
